Digital Asset Management update

The Elvis DAM server is up and running, and Art's assets have been migrated in. User access and department organizational structures are still being worked on.

Camtasia

Academic Technology and Creative Services has funded the purchase of a university site license for faculty and staff for Camtasia Studio, which includes Camtasia and SnagIt. If you would like to have this installed, contact your ITC.

Adobe Creative Cloud Personal Licenses

Adobe Creative Cloud is now available for discounted purchase for faculty, staff, and student personally-owned systems. The cost for faculty/staff is $9.75/year, and for students it is $19.99/month. Purchase via csusacramento.onthehub.com

Campus IT Smart Classroom meeting

On June 11 there will be a discussion at the Campus IT meeting regarding smart classrooms and the level of support provided by IRT. This will provide “a chance to clarify support levels from classroom support and discuss the varied needs from the organizations that maintain their own rooms or share rooms with IRT support.” I'd like to gather feedback and input to take to this discussion.
