Camera Marine Transistor Box.
Made from a PVC box that had a lid lined with rubber tubing.
Once the lid was attached with 3/4” tapered screws the entire camera became water tight.
A portion of one side was removed and covered with plexi-glass to create the waterproof opening for the aluminum pinhole to be attached to.
Foam core runners were glued to the inside of the camera to guide a 4x5 negative into the correct location.

Camera Multi-Hole.
A 2” Foam core camera was constructed with a large opening in the front for the pinhole opening.
A 5x7 piece of sheet metal was inserted into this opening and holes were formed in the sheet metal with a nail,
individual pieces of aluminum containing the actual pinholes were then positioned behind the sheet metal.
Images were then made by inserting a 4x5 negative holder into the back of the camera.

Camera PVC-Pipe.
Following the example of another student, Adam Lindsey, a PVC pipe was affixed with covers over the top
and bottom portions of the pipe. The opening in the side was covered with a piece of foam core
containing an aluminum pinhole. Because the film and the back of the camera were curved,
the resulting images contain some linear distortion,
causing horizontal lines to appear curved.
